The Front Patio is our most popular event space, and can easily accommodate large groups of up to 250 people.

On our spacious brick patio, under the shade of old walnut and blooming magnolia trees, we serve up live music, good vibes, and pizza pies.

The hidden Back Patio is a comfortable, private outdoor space, shaded by a canopy of trees and lit by a trellis of criss-crossing string lights.

Groups up to 50 people can hang out in the open air or even expand up to 80 people by connecting to the Upstairs Bar via our secret outdoor staircase.

In the heart of the action, our Downstairs Bar is a lively option for cocktail parties of up to 25 guests. Our long bar makes a great setup for beverage service, and the setting is ideal for smaller groups looking for a cozy feel.

Enjoy drinks, good company, and pizza: the perfect finger food for a casual get-together.

The Upstairs Bar is a popular choice for parties up to 30 guests.

The vaulted ceiling and balcony with views of Elliewood Ave and beyond make for a cozy yet expansive private space. Special amenities in this space include a private bar, bathroom, and TV.

A full restaurant buyout is an option for large groups, particularly if your guest count exceeds 250.

An event in the entire space means access to all of our facilities and amenities, including all bars, patios, restrooms, and balconies.

EVENTS FAQ

 

+ What is your capacity?

We have several different seating areas, each with its own capacity:

  • Front Patio: 250 guests
  • Upstairs Bar: 30 guests
  • Downstairs Bar: 25 guests
  • Back Patio: 50 guests
  • Entire Space: 350 guests

+ I want to have a bar set up for my event. Can I do that, and can I choose what to offer?

We can definitely do that! We have several packages to suit your needs, and will go over the drinks options with you in advance. If you'd like, you can choose a spending limit for an open tab, or select a cash bar if guests will pay for drinks individually.

Choose any or all of the following to offer to your guests:

  • Beer
  • Wine
  • Liquor
  • Cocktail Menu
  • Non-alcoholic beverages

All bar tabs will have a 20% gratuity automatically added.

+ The event spaces have "private" and "public" options. What is the difference?

  • Private events are charged additional rental and security fees based on the size of the party, and are closed off to members of the public during your reserved time.
  • Public events are casual gatherings in reserved space, allowing regular customers access to amenities.

+ I want to place a catering order. What are my options?

+ Do you have a sales minimum for events?

Our minimum for private events is $10/person + 20% gratuity.

+ What are your rental fees?

Please contact hello@crozetpizzacville.com for rental fees.

+ What is your security fee?

The security fee is $75 per 50 guests.

+ Do you have any tents or covered space outdoors?

Our front patio has umbrellas covering tables and a beautiful, large magnolia tree on the deck. Both provide coverage for light rain. However, in the case of thunderstorms or sustained rain, it is best to reschedule outdoor events.

+ I need to reschedule or cancel due to rain or something else. What is your cancellation policy?

To avoid potential cancellation fees, you must, cancel with at least 48-hour notice. Outdoor events are subject to weather.

+ Can you provide a live band?

Yes! We regularly host live music and can book an act catered to your taste. Contact us for more info.

There is a booking fee of an additional 10% of the band’s rate.

+ Can you support my Audio and Visual needs?

A/V support is available to all private events.

  • Connect your device to our 65” Smart TV:
  • Play your own playlist! Limited to one device & one playlist, so have your favorite songs ready to go. Plug in with either headphone jack or lightning connector.
    • Playlist played through our house speakers in your private zone(s) OR
    • Playlist played through our powered speakers outdoors (QSC K12)
